I’m Dan. I am a documentary wedding photographer shooting in London. I tell the story of your wedding in beautiful, unposed and natural photos. I like to document the the smiles, the laughs, the small moments, the happiness and all of the nitty gritty in between. I do this without posing but interpretting the story of your wedding and in doing so creating pieces of art from your wedding.
I want each and every photo to take you right back to that moment, to feel it and to re-live it just as it happened on your day.
Documentary Wedding Photography London
When I say documentary, I don’t mean I’m going to narate your story like David Attenborough (but wouldn’t that be cool!). What I mean is, it’s not posed. There are no ‘say cheese’ moments (I promise!).
There is no awkward unflattering posing. I won’t tell you how you should look at each other, how you hug and how you kiss, It’s a story of love between you and your soul mate.
Your day, Your photos.
The whole emphasis is on you and your day. I tell the story of your day, I’m not posing or creating something that isn’t real. Natural is key here. These are the main memory of your day, they last forever. I want to make sure that every photo reminds you of the love you felt on your wedding day.
There is something magic about weddings. They are the most unique of days for everyone involved and the happiest of everyones lives. It’s my passion and an hour to photograph weddings for people, it’s what makes me tick!
I photograph around 40-45 weddings per year all over the UK and abroad. Including, London, Devon, Cornwall, Santorini and Lake Como. But I love to travel, some of my fave places being Italy, France, Greece and New York.
